Hermitage Artist Retreat - Englewood, FL

Salary Range: $48,000 - $52,000 annually

Serving as the right hand of the Development Director, the Senior Development Associate engages with staff, donors, volunteers, and other constituents to advance philanthropic relationships, coordinate fundraising activities and special events, manage patron and donor services, and provide day-to-day administrative support for the development function.
