Session 1 ~ Margaret May Damen, CFP, CLU, ChFC, CAP ~ The 21^st Century is the defining time for Women as philanthropists. Management guru Tom Peters calls women “the largest national economy on earth.”  Women are rewriting the rules of philanthropy by their ability to transfer the abundance of their economic power into a meaningful philanthropic legacy that greatly impacts the social, civil, and cultural agendas in their community.  This fusion of affluence and altruism ensures that the life a woman lives will become the legacy she will leave.  The good news is that engaging in philanthropic endeavors   gives every woman a platform and a place of leadership to express her R.E.A.L voice, values, and vision to make a difference and leave a legacy.
