Salary Range: $70,000 to $90,000 annually

The Director of Development is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all of HSP’s fundraising, including the major gifts program, annual fund, planned giving, special events and capital campaigns. The Director of Development works closely with The Executive Director and the Board of Directors in all development and fundraising endeavors. This position will be accountable for developing and managing budgets while growing revenues and managing expenses. The revenue goal for this position is $700,000.
