Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000 annually

To serve the Mission, Vision and Values of REH, Inc. by displaying dynamic and strategic leader skills while being responsible for orchestrating and executing innovative development initiatives.

Reporting directly to the VP & Chief Development Officer, this pivotal role involves shaping and expanding the development team, implementing best practices, and embodying key competencies: Leadership, Continuous Improvement, Teamwork, Collaboration, and Communication/Interpersonal Effectiveness. The Director will create and lead a visionary strategy to maintain a robust donor pipeline in collaboration with the VP & Chief Development Officer. Managing a portfolio of major prospects, they will significantly contribute to Ruth Eckerd Hall's annual fundraising goal and play a crucial role in the current capital campaign.
