Salary Range: $60,000 to $75,000 annually

The Director of Development will support the Executive Director in all aspects of fundraising related to annual appeals, donor research, donor development, cultivation, retention, and database maintenance, sponsor procurement, grant writing - follow-through and final reports. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with demonstrated experience building successful fundraising programs. A person of integrity, loyalty, and a capacity for hard work, perseverance, and resiliency. The self-motivated candidate will become a key component and leader of our talented Marketing and Development Department.
